UK Delivery Charges
We offer FREE standard delivery on all items within the UK.
⚠️ However, please note that deliveries to certain remote areas, such as the Isle of Wight—are subject to an additional charge of £90.
Courier Partners & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped using tracked courier services, including:
- DHL
- Parcel Force
- DPD
- UPS
- FedEx
- Tuffnells
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched same day or next working day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next working day, unless otherwise advised.
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
- Dispatch time: Within 24 to 72 hours of order confirmation.
Collection Option
If you prefer to collect your item in person, please contact us in advance to arrange collection and confirm availability.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive your order:
- The courier will leave a card with redelivery instructions or depot collection details.
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times.
🚚 If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the item will be returned to us.
Redelivery or Refund After Failed Attempts
If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts:
- We can re-send the item, but you will need to cover additional shipping costs.
- If you no longer want the item:
- Your account will be credited with the order total minus:
- The original shipping cost, and
- The return charge from the courier.
