Refund and Returns Policy

At Ebikezone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order in case , you can request a return or exchange within 07 days of receiving your item. Requests made after 07 days will not be accepted.

Before returning an item, you must contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Authorization is required: Do not send items back without contacting us first.
  • 07-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 07 days of receiving the item.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Tracked Shipping: Customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking details.
  • Shipping Cost Responsibility:
    • If you return the item (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item/size), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.

⚠️ Items returned without authorization or items that don’t meet the above conditions will not be accepted or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items.
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer error.
  • Customized or modified products (if applicable).

How to Return an Item – General Return Process

    • Your order number
    • Photos and/or videos of the item
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  3. Send It Back (If Approved)
    If your return is approved, we will send you:
    • The return address
    • Detailed return instructions
  4. Please use a tracked shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3–5 working days), we’ll issue:
    • A replacement for an exchange, or
    • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days to your original payment method.
  • If the product is damaged due to customer mishandling, a partial refund or rejection may occur.
  • We do not refund the original shipping fee.

Order Cancellations

  • If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
